Funding Information

Catholic Extension Society is a fundraising organization that helps ensure that all American Catholics can practice their faith within vibrant faith communities. Together with our donors, we connect under-resourced Catholic dioceses with financial support and strategic initiatives to support their unique needs.

Catholic Extension Society can only consider funding requests that are submitted by our pre-designated Extension Dioceses, and requested as a part of the overall strategic plan and funding priorities for the year from Catholic Extension Society to the diocese. Catholic Extension Society cannot consider funding applications from any other organizations, entities, or individuals.

All funding requests must be submitted in coordination with the diocese’s designated primary contact with Catholic Extension Society, who is familiar with our funding guidelines, deadlines, and other requirements.
